Beefeater Gin ran a series of full-day workshops focused on bartender wellbeing — practical tools for sustaining energy and passion in an industry that doesn't make that easy. For the London event I curated the wellness programming, which included an educational talk and a guided yoga technique session, sourcing the instructors and designing a pop-up studio around the constraints of the venue. As a takeaway, I made 50 custom-branded fabric straps used during the session to release tension and improve mobility — something tangible for people to leave with and actually use.
