Halcyon Collective is a curatorial wellbeing company that creates design-led experiences at the meeting point of movement, creativity and conversation. As Creative Director, I oversee the concept development, spatial design and visual identity of each event, shaping everything from the sensory architecture to the narrative behind our classes, workshops and community moments. My role sits across creative strategy, brand development and experience design, ensuring every touchpoint feels thoughtful, immersive and rooted in connection.
Logo
The Halcyon Collective logo features two birds meeting in motion, a subtle nod to the Greek myth that inspired our name. In the story, the halcyon birds create a moment of calm in the midst of turbulent seas, symbolising stillness, connection and renewal. The logo carries that same intention. The two birds represent people coming together, symbolising the brand’s three pillars of creativity, movement and conversation.
AI
Halcyon Collective’s visual world is built through a considered use of AI, allowing me to create imagery that blends nature, symbolism and a quiet sense of nostalgia. Rather than chasing trend-led aesthetics, AI becomes a creative tool for shaping atmospheres that feel layered, evocative and slightly otherworldly.
The result is a visual language that supports the brand’s focus on connection and introspection while giving each experience a distinct, modern identity.
Socials
For the social channels, I developed a content approach built around narrative-led reels and visually distinctive edits. I wrote and edited each reel, pairing relatable storytelling with a visual language that blends natural textures, surreal elements, real-life moments and a touch of nostalgia. This mix has created a recognisable aesthetic and has resulted in high-performing content with strong lead generation.
