BRIEF
Baby Face agency approached me to host a ‘digital detox’ event that put Nike Women's latest yoga kits to the test while also creating an intimate moment around well-being for a selection of 17 year-old to 25 year-old entrepreneurial and creative women.
CONCEPT
The day was centred around the idea that too many of us, especially those working for ourselves or studying, look at our phones and the blue light they emit far too often. As well as a yoga class, I wanted to educate the invitees around when the best and worst times to expose your eyes to blue light are, what other lights can be beneficial and equipped them with tangible, take-away skills to combat the stress and anxiety the over-use of phones can cause.
EXECUTION
The young women taking part spent the day at the ChromaYoga studio in Shoreditch where they took part in one of our signature classes. They were given time to connect with each other, ask questions and take photos for social media. At the end of the event, I arranged goody bags filled with natural beauty products, supplements, class vouchers and herbal teas for each attendee to take home with them.
